As relationships grow old and comfort takes the place of passion, it’s nice to have a girl who will always take special care to look her best. This is something that all the fitness models listed below can guarantee.

Fitness models go to exceptional lengths to look their best. They spend hours in the gym, eat only the healthiest foods, and stay away from drugs and alcohol. Admittedly, problems arise if her biceps grow bigger than yours and her voice gets deeper. That’s why we left out girls who spend way too much time in the gym and found some fitness models who sport a good combination of looks, fitness achievements and, above all, femininity.

We’ve also omitted fitness models who have become WWE personalities, simply because there are too many of them to list. Instead, we’ve focused exclusively on fitness models who are in top physical shape, and who can probably bench-press you.

This Dutch fitness model competes in events around the world and in 2006 she placed No. 1 at the Dutch Nationals Figure Championship. Chellss is a ripped beauty who is on her way to achieving greater recognition, but she’s clearly one of the industry’s up-and-coming bright spots and poised to make a name for herself elsewhere.

Amy Weber is a fitness model and actress who is best-known for her titillating spreads in Playboy magazine. One of the most sought-after fitness models, Carmen Garcia has been seen on the pages of FHM, Low Rider, Planet Muscle, Oxygen, and American Curves, amongst others. She’s also the spokeswoman for her own line of sports wear. As a certified trainer and fitness consultant, it is Carmen Garcia’s goal to help people get into shape, but it doesn’t take more that one look at this sizzling Spaniard to get people feeling good about themselves.

Tiffany Yee

Tiffany Yee is a former Broncos cheerleader, former Soul Train dancer, fitness model and, most impressively, winner of the 2008 Ms. Fitness USA pageant. She also established a record as being the oldest women to earn the Ms. Fitness USA title. A 39-year-old mother of three, she definitely earns her MILF status and her photos are a testament to that.

Ashley Lawrence

Mary Castro

An actress and fitness model with curves in all the right places, Mary Castro has graced the pages of many fitness magazines, like Fit Beauties, posed for the Sand Obsession Calendar, and has appeared in countless films and television programs (usually as a stripper). Her first significant role can be seen in the 2008 film, The Kentucky Fried Horror Show.
